Services · Salesforce + NetSuite

Salesforce and NetSuite integration that keeps both systems agreeing.

Sales lives in Salesforce, finance lives in NetSuite, and the gap between them is where quotes get re-typed and numbers stop matching. We build and run the join, or take over the one you have.

The pairing

What we build

The three joins every Salesforce and NetSuite stack needs.

  • One customer, both systems

Accounts in Salesforce and customers in NetSuite matched into one record, so an update on either side lands on the right customer every time and duplicates stop being created.

  • Quote to cash without re-keying

A closed opportunity becomes a NetSuite sales order without anyone re-typing it: products and price books mapped to items and price levels, and invoice status flowing back onto the account so sales can see what finance sees.

  • Pricing and stock that agree

NetSuite stays the source of truth for price and availability, and Salesforce shows the same numbers, refreshed on a schedule the business agreed rather than a nightly export someone has to check.

Common questions

What buyers ask before they call us.

How do you connect Salesforce and NetSuite?

Through their supported APIs: Salesforce platform APIs on one side, SuiteTalk or RESTlets on the other, with the join keyed on external ids held in both systems. Every sync is built to be re-run safely, so a failure never means duplicate orders or half-created customers. Where a middleware platform already exists in your stack we build on it; where it does not, we build the integration in your own cloud tenancy.

Are you certified in these platforms?

The team holds active Salesforce certifications and uses them on real deliveries. We hold no NetSuite certification and we are not a NetSuite partner. What we bring on that side is delivery history with SuiteTalk, RESTlets and SuiteScript, and no vendor sponsorship riding on the advice.

Can you take over a Salesforce NetSuite integration someone else built?

Yes, and it is a large share of the work we do. We learn what the existing sync actually does, write it down, make it safe to run again, and only then change behaviour. Your team ends up with a runbook and the keys, whether we keep maintaining it or hand it over.

What does an engagement look like?

If the mapping is already known, we start straight away. If a sync is failing in production, we step in and stabilise it first. And if you are not sure what the fix should be, we can run a fixed-fee discovery across both systems that produces a written scope and a fixed price for the build, and the blueprint is yours to keep. Nothing we do is open-ended time and materials.
