Platforms · NetSuite
NetSuite consultants for the account, its integrations and the month end.
NetSuite holds the orders, the inventory and the ledger. We build the paths that move that data in and out, keep the scripts and saved searches healthy, and answer the questions that arrive at month end.
What we connect it to
- + your stack
If it has an API, we can connect it.
What we do
The three services, on NetSuite.
-
Move orders, items and invoices without re-keying
From a single price feed to the full order-to-invoice path: customers, orders, items and invoices moving between NetSuite, your CRM and your storefront without anyone re-keying them. Built over SuiteTalk and RESTlets, and built so a busy month end does not stall it.
-
Saved searches and workflows first, SuiteScript where it counts
Plenty of NetSuite help is configuration: a saved search rebuilt properly, a workflow that finally routes approvals to the right person, a form the warehouse stops asking about. SuiteScript enters where the account genuinely runs out, for approval logic, custom records and integration endpoints, and it lands with tests and naming that follows your conventions rather than ours.
-
Keep the account healthy, not just the nightly job
Scheduled scripts that fail quietly, a bundle nobody remembers installing, a reconciliation someone still does in a spreadsheet each month. We find out what they actually do, make them safe to run again, write them down, and stay for the everyday questions: roles, permissions, imports and the month-end surprises.
The everyday work
Not everything is a project.
Problems like these come up in every system, and not all of them are even problems. Some are an hour of advice, or writing down how something works before the person who built it leaves. Most take us minutes or hours, and you do not need a project with us, just send them over.
Fixes
- A saved search that stopped returning what it used to
- An approval routed to someone who left last year
- A CSV import that rejects the same rows every month
- A scheduled script that failed quietly over the weekend
Documentation
- The account documented while it still runs
- Runbooks for the scheduled scripts and integrations
- A handover pack before your administrator leaves
Advice
- A second opinion on another firm's integration quote
- Whether to customise the account or change the process
- An hour before you commit to another bundle

Common questions
What buyers ask before they call us.
How does a NetSuite engagement usually start?
If you already know what needs building, we start straight away. If the account has a problem today, a failing sync or a go-live at risk, we can step in within days and settle things first. And if you are not sure what the fix should be, we can run a two to three week discovery that maps the account and the systems around it, and the blueprint is yours to keep.
Do you work on NetSuite accounts another firm built?
Yes. We adopt the scripts, saved searches and integrations already in place, work out what they actually do, write the runbooks, and hand them back. We are as happy maintaining another team’s work as our own.
How is the work priced?
Per engagement, not from a rate card. A discovery is a fixed fee for a time-boxed piece of work. A scoped delivery carries a fixed shape and a fixed price agreed at the start, so the number does not move as we go.
Are you a NetSuite partner?
No. We are not a NetSuite partner and we hold no NetSuite certification. What we bring is delivery history on NetSuite integrations and SuiteScript, and no vendor sponsorship riding on the advice.
Do you only take on project work?
No. A steady share of the week is small: a broken automation, a question that needs an experienced answer, documentation nobody ever wrote, or plain advice before you commit to something bigger. Most of those are minutes or hours, not days, and they get the same care whether you run a two-person business or an enterprise team. When one turns out to be bigger than it looked, you already know who is holding it.
