Platforms · Agentforce
Agentforce consultants who start with the data underneath the agent.
An agent is only ever as good as the records it is standing on. We ground Agentforce in governed CRM and ERP data, tune the topics as they drift, and keep answers traceable as your data changes.
What we connect it to

If it has an API, we can connect it.
What we do
The three services, on Agentforce.
-
Ground the agent in data it is allowed to read
Topics and actions read live from Data 360 and the CRM and ERP records behind it, rather than from an export somebody took last quarter. The agent sees exactly what your reps see, no more and no less, and every answer traces back to the record it came from.
-
Topics and prompts first, code where the agent truly needs it
Plenty of agent work is tuning: a topic that stopped triggering, instructions rewritten so answers stay in bounds, a prompt template that finally cites its source. Apex and Flow actions enter where the agent genuinely has to do something the platform cannot, and they ship with tests so the footprint your admins inherit stays small enough for them to change without us.
-
Watch what the agent actually answered
Agents drift when the data beneath them moves: a field renamed, a new record type, a source that quietly stopped refreshing. We review the transcripts against what the agent should have said, retest the topics on real questions, keep the grounding honest as the data changes, and hand the runbooks to your team.
The everyday work
Not everything is a project.
Problems like these come up in every system, and not all of them are even problems. Some are an hour of advice, or writing down how something works before the person who built it leaves. Most take us minutes or hours, and you do not need a project with us, just send them over.
Fixes
- An agent answering from data that moved last month
- A topic that stopped triggering for one profile
- An action that fails only for certain records
- A transcript log nobody has reviewed since launch
Documentation
- What the agent can see and why, written down
- Runbooks for reviewing transcripts and retesting topics
- A record of every action the agent can take
Advice
- Whether Agentforce is ready for your use case yet
- A second opinion on an agent rollout plan
- An hour on grounding design before you switch it on
Proof
Patterns we have already delivered.
Anonymised accounts of work our principals delivered in previous roles. These are the patterns that come up on Agentforce in nearly every scoping call.

Common questions
What buyers ask before they call us.
How does an Agentforce engagement usually start?
If you already know what you want the agent to do, we start straight away. If a rollout has stalled or an agent is giving answers nobody trusts, we can step in within days. And if you are not sure where to begin, we can run a two to three week discovery that maps your data and the questions the agent must answer, and you keep the blueprint whether or not we do the build.
Will the agent invent answers?
Not when it is grounded properly. A semantic layer defines what your terms mean and retrieval binds each answer to governed data, so the agent speaks from your records rather than from memory. Every answer traces back to a source, and the agent declines when the data cannot support one.
Are your Agentforce people certified?
Yes. The team holds active Salesforce and Agentforce certifications and uses them on real deliveries, including the Data 360 side of it. We are not sponsored by any vendor, so what we recommend earns us nothing beyond the engagement.
How is the work priced?
Per engagement rather than from a rate card. A discovery is a fixed fee for a time-boxed piece of work. A scoped delivery carries a fixed shape and a fixed price agreed at the start, so the number does not move as we go.
Do you only take on project work?
No. A steady share of the week is small: a broken automation, a question that needs an experienced answer, documentation nobody ever wrote, or plain advice before you commit to something bigger. Most of those are minutes or hours, not days, and they get the same care whether you run a two-person business or an enterprise team. When one turns out to be bigger than it looked, you already know who is holding it.
