Platforms · Salesforce
Salesforce consultants for the org, the joins and the day something breaks.
Salesforce rarely breaks on its own. It breaks where the org meets the ERP, the billing system and the data platform, and that gap is our core work. We also build inside the org, run it day to day, and fix the small things before they become big ones.
What we connect it to
- + your stack
If it has an API, we can connect it.
What we do
The three services, on Salesforce.
-
Connect Salesforce to the systems it has to agree with
That can be one field flowing one way, or the full quote-to-cash path: accounts, orders, invoices and stock kept in step between Salesforce and your ERP, nothing re-keyed and no duplicates created along the way. It stands up to your real volumes, and every run leaves a trail your admins can read.
-
Configuration first, code where the platform runs out
A lot of what we are asked for is an hour of configuration done properly: a flow, a validation rule, a permission set nobody wanted to touch. We take those as gladly as the builds. Apex and Lightning Web Components enter where the platform genuinely runs out, and they ship with tests so the footprint your admins inherit stays small.
-
Run the org day to day, or take one over
Sometimes that is an org someone else left behind: deployments made repeatable through source control, automations documented, and only then changed. Just as often it is the standing work, release checks, user questions, the flow that broke on Tuesday, handled alongside your admins so small problems stay small.
The everyday work
Not everything is a project.
Problems like these come up in every system, and not all of them are even problems. Some are an hour of advice, or writing down how something works before the person who built it leaves. Most take us minutes or hours, and you do not need a project with us, just send them over.
Fixes
- A flow that started failing after the last release
- A validation rule blocking the one team that needs an exception
- A report and the dashboard built from it that disagree
- Duplicate rules that quietly stopped catching duplicates
Documentation
- An org map for the org nobody has mapped
- Runbooks for the integrations you already run
- A handover pack before an admin moves on
Advice
- A second opinion on another firm's quote or proposal
- An hour on architecture before you commit to a build
- Whether that AppExchange package is worth it
Proof
Patterns we have already delivered.
Anonymised accounts of work our principals delivered in previous roles. These are the patterns that come up on Salesforce in nearly every scoping call.

Common questions
What buyers ask before they call us.
How does a Salesforce engagement usually start?
If you already know what needs building, we start straight away. If the org has a problem right now, a failing integration or a stalled project, we can step in within days and stabilise it first. And if the fix is not clear yet, we can run a two to three week discovery that maps the org and the systems around it, and you keep the blueprint whether or not we do the build.
Will you take over a Salesforce org you did not build?
Yes, and a good share of our work starts that way. We adopt what is running, make deployments repeatable, document the flows and Apex nobody owns, and hand the org back so your own admins can run it without us.
How is the work priced?
By engagement rather than from a rate card. A discovery is a fixed fee for a time-boxed piece of work. A scoped delivery has a fixed shape and a fixed price agreed at the start, so the number does not move as we go.
Are your Salesforce people certified?
Yes. The team holds active Salesforce certifications and uses them on real deliveries, including the Agentforce and data platform side of it. We are not sponsored by any vendor, so what we recommend earns us nothing beyond the engagement.
Do you only take on project work?
No. A steady share of the week is small: a broken automation, a question that needs an experienced answer, documentation nobody ever wrote, or plain advice before you commit to something bigger. Most of those are minutes or hours, not days, and they get the same care whether you run a two-person business or an enterprise team. When one turns out to be bigger than it looked, you already know who is holding it.
