Platforms · Microsoft Fabric

Microsoft Fabric consultants for the report, and everything underneath it.

Fabric makes it easy to land data, and just as easy to leave it in a shape nobody can reconcile. We build the layers underneath the report, keep the morning refreshes green, and make the capacity bill explainable.

What we connect it to

  • + your stack

If it has an API, we can connect it.

What we do

The three services, on Microsoft Fabric.

  • Land CRM and ERP data in OneLake once

One source landed cleanly, or the whole estate: pipelines and Dataflows Gen2 bringing Salesforce, NetSuite and the line-of-business databases into OneLake on the cadence the business actually reads. Landed once and serving every workspace, instead of copies multiplying that nobody can reconcile.

  • Build the medallion layers, or fix the model you have

Sometimes the job is the full bronze, silver and gold build. Just as often it is an afternoon keeping Direct Lake direct instead of quietly falling back to import, or a measure two teams finally agree on. Warehouse or lakehouse gets chosen on how the data is queried rather than on habit.

  • Keep capacity, refreshes and the morning report honest

Fabric bills by capacity, so a runaway notebook and a refresh nobody scheduled land on the same invoice. We attribute the capacity units to the workloads consuming them, keep the morning refreshes green, and answer the small questions before they become tickets.

The everyday work

Not everything is a project.

Problems like these come up in every system, and not all of them are even problems. Some are an hour of advice, or writing down how something works before the person who built it leaves. Most take us minutes or hours, and you do not need a project with us, just send them over.

Fixes

  • A refresh that fails at six in the morning
  • A capacity alert nobody can translate into a cause
  • A shortcut that broke when a folder was renamed
  • A semantic model that quietly fell back to import

Documentation

  • The workspace layout written down before it grows again
  • Runbooks for the pipelines and refreshes
  • A map of what feeds each report

Advice

  • Whether Fabric, Databricks or Snowflake fits your team
  • A second opinion on capacity sizing before renewal
  • An hour on medallion design before the build starts

Common questions

What buyers ask before they call us.

How does a Microsoft Fabric engagement usually start?

If you know what needs building, we start straight away. If the workspace is live and misbehaving, failing refreshes or runaway capacity, we can step in within days. And if the fix is not clear yet, we can run a two to three week discovery that maps your sources and workspace layout, and the blueprint is yours to keep.

Should we use Fabric, Databricks or Snowflake?

Whichever suits your team and what you already run. We are not sponsored by any vendor, so that answer earns us nothing either way. Fabric tends to win where Power BI and Microsoft identity are already the centre of gravity.

How is the work priced?

Per engagement rather than from a rate card. A discovery is a fixed fee for a time-boxed piece of work. A scoped delivery carries a fixed shape and a fixed price agreed at the start, so the number does not move as we go.

Are you certified in Microsoft Fabric?

No. We hold no Microsoft Fabric certification and no vendor sponsorship, so nothing we recommend earns us anything beyond the engagement. What we bring is delivery history on OneLake ingestion, medallion layers and semantic models, alongside the Azure and Databricks certifications the team does hold.

Do you only take on project work?

No. A steady share of the week is small: a broken automation, a question that needs an experienced answer, documentation nobody ever wrote, or plain advice before you commit to something bigger. Most of those are minutes or hours, not days, and they get the same care whether you run a two-person business or an enterprise team. When one turns out to be bigger than it looked, you already know who is holding it.
